This strategic expansion strengthens our ability to deliver agile, on-the-ground support for both multinational and domestic organisations across the region. More importantly, it ensures our customers benefit from local knowledge and regional responsiveness while still tapping into Lavasource’s global delivery power.

A hub for talent, technology and transformation
As a global business transformation leader in HR, payroll and workforce technology, Lavasource partners with platforms like Dayforce, SAP, and Cornerstone, delivering everything from advisory services and full-scale implementations to post-go-live support.
The India hub is an extension of that commitment. It will serve as a base for our growing team of consultants, implementation specialists, and support professionals, helping us meet the rising demand for strategic transformation across Asia and beyond.
We’re already supporting major enterprise clients across the region, including Norstella and Envalior, both of whom have partnered with us on large-scale transformation projects – most recently in the rollout and system integration of Dayforce.
