Lavasource has appointed Damien Cherrière as Chief Human Resources Officer. Cherrière is based in Montreal, and the appointment supports Lavasource’s continued global growth.
Cherrière has spent more than 25 years in HR, much of it focused on business transformation, HR technology and global shared services. He has led multi-country transformation programs that implemented HR technology, redesigned the operating models built around it, and built shared services organizations from the ground up.
That technical depth matters as Lavasource scales, and so does how he leads. His style is collaborative and thoughtful, the kind of leadership that holds up across a fast-growing, multi-country team.
