Lavasource has appointed Richard Plasek as Chief Financial Officer. Plasek brings more than 20 years in senior finance roles, including experience as both a CFO and a board director, much of it supporting rapidly scaling organizations.
He was a founding member of Xeinadin Group, now a top-10 UK and Ireland accounting group, private equity-backed and targeting a £1 billion-plus IPO. Earlier in his career he led pan-European finance transformation programs at EY, Capgemini and PwC, including Basel II, Sarbanes-Oxley and several shared services initiatives. He has served as a board director at Energy Europe SE since 2010, overseeing a £100 million-plus expansion strategy across Central European energy markets, and has supported multiple M&A transactions.
