Lavasource has appointed Ben Thornton as Global Consulting VP, a role that puts him in charge of the next stage of the company’s global consulting capability. Thornton will work across Lavasource’s teams, clients and technology partners to broaden the firm’s services and help clients get more value from their HR technology and transformation investments.
Thornton brings more than 30 years in HR, workforce transformation and consulting, with senior leadership roles at PwC, Atos and Aon behind him. He has worked with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organizations on complex global HR and workforce transformation programs, and spent more than a decade as a Partner at PwC building and scaling technology-enabled HR transformation businesses.
His focus throughout has been on building consulting capability itself: growing revenue, developing propositions, and building the teams and alliance relationships, including with Dayforce, that make technology-enabled transformation work at scale.
Ben Thornton,
Global Consulting VP
His combination of HR depth and business-building experience is what Lavasource is looking for as it grows its own consulting practice, and Thornton has said the goal now is to bring the same strength the company already has in delivery to the design stage of a client’s work.
