Can I look for roles without my current employer knowing?

Yes. Your current employer cannot see your profile, and your name and employers stay hidden from every organization until you agree to an introduction. Set your availability to “Open to conversations”, or switch off discoverability whenever you like.

How do I get paid?

It depends on the role. On contract work you are paid through Lavasource on agreed terms, or by an approved employer of record where one is used, and you never invoice the organization yourself. In a permanent role, you join the employer’s payroll.

How is my rate agreed?

You agree your rate with your talent advisor before any introduction goes ahead.

What does a talent advisor do?

Your talent advisor is your contact at Lavasource. They talk every opportunity through with you, make the introduction when you agree, and stay your contact through contract work.

Do I need a CV?

No. Upload one and our AI fills in your profile for you, chat with our AI assistant by voice or text, or build your profile yourself.

What kinds of work are on the marketplace?

Are the roles remote?

Many are. Roles are remote, hybrid or on-site, and can be with an organization in another country. When a role is remote, you can work from home in the Philippines, Mauritius or any other country it is open to.

Is there fractional or part-time HR work?

Yes. Organizations hire fractional HR leaders and specialists for a few days a week or a set period, and you can be open to full-time and fractional work at the same time.

Is it only for Dayforce specialists?

No. The marketplace is for HR, payroll and HR technology specialists, whichever platforms you work with.
