Lavasource has completed a Dayforce HR and payroll go-live for Benenden Health and Benenden Hospital, with colleagues across both organizations paid through the new platform for the first time this month.
Adam Coggin, Portfolio Office Lead at Benenden, described it as one of the most involved projects of his career to date, third in length only to two others he has led. The project carried the usual weight of standing up a new HR and payroll platform: systems, data, integrations, processes and legislation all had to come together against a fixed deadline, with hundreds of colleagues depending on the outcome being right, not nearly right.
Reaching go-live took sustained work from both sides, translating Benenden’s business processes into the Dayforce platform, working through configuration and testing, and solving problems together as they came up. Coggin was quick to credit the people behind the result rather than the process itself, and Lavasource shares that view of the team on both sides who made it happen.
Thanks go to Coggin and the wider Benenden team for their trust throughout the project, to Dayforce for its support, and in particular to the Lavasource team closest to the delivery: Nitish Peechen, Salman Mushtaque, Syed Mohammad Fahad Husain, Pritesh Ramma and Ridwaan Akil Edahtally. Coggin marked the day with a gift from Peechen, saved specifically for this milestone.
